    Hi Mark,

In fact we are already in the planning stage of hosting a charity event with Shinkokai Malaysia. Sam Tam is in talk with some potential location to host this event as we hope to gather more people and attention towards this charity drive..

Jacky, depends on how you like to offer your fishes, we can surely assist... Mark, we would need your assistance to pass on the money collected from this event to the relevant organisation in Japan, perhaps the Red Cross or whatever means you felt is most appropriate since you are in Japan.

Anyone or dealer who like to donate any fishes or participate in this event can kindly contact Sam or myself.

    Andy

    Hi All Koi Brothers,

I would like to express my heartfelt condolences to Japan and the Japanese people. I pray that my Sovereign Almighty God will have mercy and grace upon Japan and deliver all the people from the disaster and catastrophic calamity. I am happy and touched to see that JKKoi Centre Mr. Jacky Ong is doing his part to help Japan with the donation of kois towards the relief efforts. So I ask Koi lovers brothers out there please support Jacky's humanitarian effort. His English may be humble but his heart is noble. As for myself, I have made a small contribution and bought 3 top grade Isa and Dainichi from Jacky. Let's continue to pray for Japan. We have enjoyed beautiful kois from Japan, so let's do our bit to help our Japanese brothers and sisters.

    Hi Jacky,

First of all, Many thanks and appreciate your relief efforts to help the Japan Sendai earthquake and Fukushima nuclear victims. We urge you to post your kois for the donation campaign on this forum soonest possible. We koi enthusiasts would like to do our part in this donation and get the donation money (via the Japanese Embassy) to the disaster zone without any further delay. We need God's speed.

To All Koi bro & friends,

Friday, March 11th, an extremely violent earthquake with a magnitude of 9.0 followed by a tsunami hit Japan's north-east. A few days after the biggest earthquake in its history, Japan is threatened by risks of nuclear accidents, new shocks and high probability of electricity shortage. While several measures had been undertaken to mitigate the losses, the situation in Japan remains fluid.

As a dealer and a hobbyists, JK Koi, and as well as many of you, had enjoyed the fruits of the lifetime devotions of Japan Nishikigoi breeders over the years. While all of us feel concerned, sorry and express our deepest sympathy to our friends in Japan and their families in those very difficult times. To express our strong support, JK Koi is now offering the following kois for sales and will donate all the proceeds for the sales of these kois to the Japan embassy in Singapore. For transparency purposes, the purchasers of these kois are welcomed to sight the tax receipt.

20 Pieces Jumbo Tosai will post up soon , i only can post up next 2days......

All koi bro & friends, this are my thinking , hope i not wrong , the best way is donate to japan embassy.

Accordingly, please consider the above kois when you make your next purchase a meaningful one, one which helps us to remember the disaster that strikes Japan and one which signifies that you have been a part in helping out Japan tide through the disaster.

    God Bless You,
    Jacky Ong

    Hi Jacky,

The best way for you to support the event is to sell your fishes and then use the buyers name to donate the proceed.

The best way to donate is to

    http://www.jrc.or.jp/english/relief/l4/Vcms4_00002070.html

    https://donation2.redcross.org.hk/onlinedonation/user_donation.asp

Red Cross Hong Kong is very efficient and provides full receipt that you can pass on to the buyer.. My company is doing an official donation campaign with them as well and they are truly reliable.

Well done ! Indeed the best way is to donate the proceeds at the Japanese Embassy as they know how to channel the money to Japan for the earthquake relief efforts.

The Japanese Embassy in Singapore do not accept donation directly.. It still goes to Red Cross.. You can request for a receipt too..
