"Pimple" Like Red Sore On my Chagoi

    Hi,

I noticed this morning that my favorite Chagoi has a "Pimple" Like Red Sore (white Center) on her face (just behind the left eye). She behaves normally, as usual very active especially during feeding.

My other fishes are normal. I checked the water parameters and the water is normal as well.

With a water proof camera, I managed to take a few shots of this mysterious pimple. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? And what I should do?

    Thanks in advance!

I wouldn't worry much about that. It could have been infected from a scratch. if it doesn't clear up in a week's time, you may treat it topically by cutting out the infected part and cauterize it by applying PP paste or Hydrogen peroxide or Iodine. You will have to bowl out your koi, sedate before you proceed.

    Bro HWONG,

Thank you. You are so right....after 3 days, the pimple is almost all gone. Thank you so much for your advice!
