Is it common to see koi scale droppings in pond?

    Bros, been away for a week now and got back yesterday to see some scales in my pond. To be exact i picked out about 6 scales, all clear coloured. Is this common? Pls share, tq

    frankly quite seldom,...i would suggest you become a csi and track down which koi it belongs to and bowl it to c whether the fella has any other injuries...just to be on the safe side...

    Check inside of your pond brother, whether any sharp/some object there inside your pond, may be while rubbing the body, scales may have come out.
