Comments: Fresh water tanks looked clean and fish healthy. Salt water tanks looked murky and staff was bad. If they did not know the answer (or the facts about a fish) they would invent a lie about the fish to sell it to me. Carbon is not absolutely necessary to keep a fresh aquarium healthy. The person in charge of fish (Tanya?) apparently gets paid commission to come up and backup the most weird statements that her staff and herself came up with. We felt like being in a car dealership with a pushy sales person.
