Comments: Every time I visit petland there are multiple dead or sick fish in the display tanks. I have noticed many fish (goldfish especially) with red lesions and large open wounds, ich and anchorworm. Goldfish were housed with large american cichlids in undersized tanks, the goldfish kept that way were almost always injured/dying. There are large fish of over 12 inches in tanks that were maybe 20 to 30 gallons at most. Also the staff do not seem very knowledgable or up to date on their fishkeeping knowledge.
They do have some small specimens of larger, harder to find species although they are deceptively kept with smaller tankmates in small display tanks.
