Comments: Very unhelpful staff. I always end up standing around waiting for someone to help me (even to pay for something!). The staff knows nothing about what they're selling. Prices are more expensive than the nearby Petsmart (which is much better). They also keep puppies and kittens and other animals in small glass cages. All of their animals are bred from mills. Not a very humane or justifiable practice.

I totally agree with Dan's review of the Batavia store. The staff of that store has absolutly NO idea of what they are selling, or are aware of the various disease's and parisites that infest there Aquatic's department. If you have any desire to keep your aquarium healthy avoid this store like the plague.
