Comments: I can't think of anything negative to say about this place. Whether you are purchasing from their online store, catalog, or actually shopping there in person, it's all good.

I ordered live Glow-Light Tetras. They send Glow-Light Danios. It took numerous e-mails and finally a digital photo to convince them they had made a mistake. There was no offer to correct the mistake. Two otoclinus died within two days. They offered to replace them at no cost to me, but I would have to pay the overnight shipping charge. Overall, it was a bad shopping experience, one which will not be repeated.

The first thing you have to understand about that fish place is that it is about the size of a walmart. I'm not kidding, this place is enormous.
Their prices on just about everything are unbeatable. There are enough staff in the store to form a softball league. There's even a saltwater petting tank, occasionally featuring baby nurse sharks. Again, not kidding. I can't think of anything I've needed to buy that I could find in greater quantity, variety, and for a better price anywhere else. That said. Their livestock variety sometimes is a bit, normal. At least in certain areas. For characins, african cichlids, and salt water rarities, they're awesome. There's an entire room lit with the high blue HID lights for saltwater fish, corals, and anemones. Just get there on tuesday or wednesday for high demand freshwater fish since last time I checked that's when they get shipments in.
If you're setting up a new tank, or buying a lot of equipment. Make the drive up into Amish country to That Fish Place. You won't be dissapointed.
