Comment : This place is disgusting. Cockroaches run across you in the aisles and half the animals cages are far from sanitary. You can barely see because the lights are so faint and there is so much clutter. Plus most of the staff (having dealt with them on several occasions) is nasty. They treat you like you are stupid if you ask a question and when I gave them benefit of the doubt and took their advice, it ended up killing half the fish in my tank. Sure they have a nice selection in aquatics and some cool (probably illegal) reptiles but is it really worth supporting a place that doesn't know what service means and can't use a broom? Steer clear, there are plenty of legit store in San Diego.
