Comments: This is certainly the largest fish store in town. It is also one of the most expensive. The staff is very knowledgable. The owner is a little shady, but I blame that on the Petland affiliation. Other than that, it is worth the trip in there just to see the display tanks.

The items here are exspensive, but the fish and the health of the fish are better than average, compared to other pet stores. It's fun to browse at their fish selection. The staff are pretty good about advice.

I second this, the new manager has no understanding of customer service and will often get very verbal with a customer! I bought a few clowns that lasted a few hours in a 7 year old established saltwater community tank, i was told i should have known better even though i asked one of his associates if it would work and told YES!

They did replace them, however the ordeal was terrible to say the best, i do NOT recommend this store!

The manager and fellow staff need to learn customer service and what it really means, not treat everyone like hes better than them somehow! face it your in your 30's working at a petstore? please..

I agree is one of the most expensive, but in the past few years the store has declined ever since the Gen.Mgr left and was replaced by a manager under him that is even more shady. Ever scince this manager, the store has had poor quality stock and at outragious prices, The most you will ever see of any worth is maybe tank prices but most of the exotic stock is either ill or dying of various reasons and have the worst reason for the inflation of price.... i believe the last reason i heard was hurricane katrina disrupting shipping, Yeah ill believe that the suppliers they use from california are effected for years before and after katrina hit caused them to sky rocket prices 3 times the normal retail price.

Fun to browse around in but not to shop at unless you have unlimited cash to blow and can tolerate poor stock.
