Comments: Tanks are poorly maintained and are always diseased. There is always an abundance of sad and dying fish. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from here (fish or otherwise) if you care about animals.
Comment : I 100% agree with you. I am new to the fish community and was looking for a little help. I went to Petco thinking I would get better service and better maintained fish, but I was completely wrong. I stood in front of the fish tanks for at least 10 minutes until I decided to go look for someone to help me. After finally finding someone to help me the woman couldn't answer any of my questions and told me "To be honest I don't know anything about fish." I asked her if she could find me someone who could help me and her answer was "I am the only one working in the fish department today." I ended up purchasing two fish and lost one 3 days later.
