There are about 10 stores I've visited in the Louisville area, and I've only gone back to Sandy's.
 
The employees are actually knowledgeable, friendly, eager to please and quick to help or answer questions, finding the answer if they don't know it.
 
The freshwater stock there is always lively and the tanks are always clean. They could use more room to stock more hardware, but for livestock, make mine Sandy's.
