This is a very good website with an enormous selection of aquatic products. They have the best prices and very good quality in shipping, products, etc. For all you plant lovers, they have the best price for flourite, which is a very good plant medium for only about 11.99!! At petsmart, they sell it for 24 bucks, what a rip off!
They even have a VIP program, and everytime you buy something from their website you receive VIP points and when you redeem enough of these points you can get a free shopping spree for their website!!
I've been to many websites online looking for good prices on lighting, food, etc, but this website beats them all. Just take a look for yourselves at www.bigalsonline.com.

Added By: Tim Big Als maybe have some great deals. There prices are low but watch for there customer services. I recieve a damage light and they are taking for ever to refund me. I also had to pay for another light in order for them to ship it out. It's been 1 week and they don't want to ship out my light. I can't get a refund because they are only willing to issue store credit. I'm the customer who received damage product. They should try to resolve these problems ASAP. I would NEVER buy from them again. I don't mind paying a few bucks more for better customer support.

Comment : I ordered $500 worth of filters & powerheads from them and wasn't real pleased either. Their prices are cheap but 2 of the filter boxes were cracked and the powerhead strainer screen was smashed into pieces. After hearing from some people about the trouble they had getting replacements/refunds I decided I wasn't even going to bother to try to get 'store credit' (worthless) or replacements. I just siliconed the filter boxes and bought a replacement powerhead screen elsewhere.
I won't go back to them.

You can wait up to three weeks for items to arrive. You know what they couldn't supply when you open your order and see what is missing.
Their prices are not always the lowest either.
