Common Name: Neolamprologus leleupi Latin Name: Neolamprologus leleupi Origin: Lake Tanganyika Temperature: 74 - 80°F Ease Of Keeping: moderate to difficult Aggressivness: can be very aggressive Size: up to 4 inches Tank Size: 30 gallons Food: Prefer live food but will take a good quality flake. Spawn: Cave spawning egglayer Comments: These fish can be very aggressive when spawning. Leleupi prefer live food although mine eat flake very well. They are a very popular fish in the hobby but can be on the difficult side. They like lots of rockwork. |
