This 20 gallon tank is home to Platties, a pair of Killies and numerous cories. It's super heavily planted with lots of hiding places to give the fry plenty of chances to survive. Most of the plants are fake, but the foreground plants are real. I run dual Aquaclear 150 filters and airstones because the stocking level on this one is a little heavy.

Here's my 48 gallon tank. It's home to my red spotted green Discus, Rams, Boesemani Rainbows, Kribensis and Loaches. It's very recenty been converted to entirely natural plants, and I'm hoping they'll grow fairly densely over time. I may look at CO2 injection to help this along.

This is my favorite community tank, but I'm thinking about changing it to a species tank - primarily loaches.

Frisckey1 what an outstanding tank!! I'm drooling so much I can hardly type!!   I would love to have a 125g and I bet that clown loach really loves that he has one!!! What other fish do you want to get for that tank?


Oh, and when I get the chance, I will check out some of the stores for a small buddha figurine!!

I've got myself pretty stocked now, I think

I have 3 clown loaches, 2 cherry fin loaches, 1 hillstream loach, 2 dojo loaches, 3 botia modestos, 3 botia kubatoi (sp?), 7 corydoras, 2 rainbows, 2 guppies, 1 giant danio, 3 endlers, 1 krib, 1 gae, 4 plecos, 9 cherry barbs, a zebra danio, a white cloud and my fav black ghost knife

I think I'm addicted to loaches?  I'll need to change my title.  Too many bottom feeders, not enough top swimmers.

Yeah, I think you're a loach freak alright! (I mean that in the nicest possible way!! )

You know, I hadn't really thought about it, but bottom dwellers seem to be some of the most interesting fish....cichlids, loaches, plecos, cories....hmmmmm....strange isn't it?

well i was enjoying the tanks so ill go ahead and post up my 10 gallon...here is 2 pics on with the room lights on and 1 with them off...it has the black/with assorted neon gravel, assorted gargoyles and some wild background i found with columns and a venus staue...i plan to get some kindo of plants to plant it up a bit and maybe a few small goth lookin crosses to accompany the ongoin theme...
im thinking about doin a 10 gallon using some old plastic car models maybe a building or something but im worried about the glue causing problems....i may even do a bike themed one(notice i did NOT say harley! we dont want leaks!!!!!)
anyways this has some guppies and neon/glowlights and 2 albino cory's as far as my favorite part...i think the big statue is my fav right at this point....
