Fungus on angelfish eggs
« on: March 03, 2012, 09:44:44 PM »
I've lost my 1st batch of eggs to fungus and losing the 2nd batch to it as well. Anyone care to share methods on preventing fungus? So far from what I've read up, fungus attacks unfertilised eggs thn spreads to the other eggs. I left the parents with the eggs and they are not being good parents  :( . They fan the eggs but do not eat away at the fungus infected ones. What should I do?  :hmmm: I tried to remove the white eggs myself but more soon appears. Could it be that I have 2 females, that's why the eggs are not fertilised? I thought of adding mythelene blue but since the parents are in together with the eggs i didnt see the need to add it.
