20 gallon?

What do I put in a 20 gallon? I wanted to get cardinal tetras. If I did get cardinals, what else could I get? How many watts would heat the tank properly? Any plants you would suggest? Are there any major diseases that the fish you suggested or cardinals could get? How do I treat that? THX a lot! :bunny: :bunny: :bunny: :up:
