Can I keep Tetras with Guppies?

I have a 20gl. long tank.
With filter and heater(Temp is kept at 75 to 78).
With 10 adult guppies.
Multiple babies.
Can I get some Neon Tetras?
If so then how do I care for them?

Well, you  can and you can't, neons require different water parameters than guppies.  I did it when I first started out but eventually the neon's all died out.  Guppies prefer hard water and neon's prefer soft water.  I would suggest either 2 tanks or one or the other.  Mollies might be a good choice to keep with your guppies.
