I was reading over these posts...  Snoop has come out of his shell and is now a typical BC cross.  He's highly active and demanding, demanding that darned ball be thrown again, again, again!  And "Play with me, play with me, play with me!!!!!".  He's a sweet, sensitive boy who still loves the mailman and the creep who was looking over our fence the other day.  He's learned to wait for my alarm to go off before he jumps into bed for his morning snuggle, he loves to sit and lay on you...  he just can't get close enough to you.  Lets see if I can get a picture to upload...............

Both of my boys have kennel cough....   Poor things are coughing and throwing up all over my house!

Sorry to hear about the kennel cough...

Did you realize that one of the infectious agents in kennel cough (it can be caused by several things, apparently) is Bordetella?  (Bordetella bronchiseptica) ....... if you didn't realize, that is related to another nasty cough..... pertussis, or whooping cough (Bordetella pertussis) .... there is a vaccine for the Bordetella kennel cough, though, thankfully.

Haha.. thanks for the trivia.  They do get the shot for bordetella... did you know that this is the equivilant to the human flu and there are many strains?  That's why they can get the vaccine and still get sick.  It hit Snoop so hard he didn't even want to play ball
