But i am still going to send a thank you note to the manageress. Saying thank you to her to offer me something to drink while waiting for the interviewer. Principaly she took time to come  talk to me on the interview day to tell me the interviwer would come soon even thought it was launch time. seing that it's a restaurant the place was overfloding with clients but she came talk to me.

She made me felt like someone already on her team. It's what i wrote. I honestly believe what i wrote. I said that it made me really want to her for her and her team.

Since i am in a bowling league and the resturant offer gift cards to player. I let her know that her work in the community is appreciated.
I've got fish in a tank called Atari BASIC. They doesn't do anything but you can still peek and poke at them.

That was not only nice of you but a smart move.  Thank you are almost always appreciated by prospective employers.

I say almost always because a few years ago I was cleaning out my bosses inbox, and found the UNOPENED thank you card that I sent him after he interviewed me 6 YEARS EARLIER!
