Put the oscar in the 75 and the jack's in the 150. Use the 40 for the labs and get other Malawis. Perfect!

They usually have them in one tank labeled Malawi cichlids. There should be quite a few to pick from.

The oscar will be very happy in a 75, ditto for the jacks in the 150 and probably the labs in the 40. More room is almost always best with cichlids.
Flowerhorn might be okay in the 150 with the jacks, maybe the oscar with the jacks with the flowerhorn in the 75.
Temperaments do vary some, it'll probably take some experimenting on your part with close observation. You shouldn't have any problems now, but may as they mature. Until they mature, you won't know what their adult temperaments are like. My inclination would be to keep the flowerhorn alone and the oscar with the jacks. Oscars are not so much aggressive as adventurous eaters(Can I eat that?) in my experience. Flowerhorns are generally more aggressive and can be insanely aggressive.

I wouldn't put any other fish in the 75 with the oscar. Not enough room and oscars are huge waste machines. They need almost pristine water to avoid getting HITH.

I don't remember the flowerhorn, but it wouldn't shock me. I'd take the flowerhorn back.

Ok, The Flowerhorn is in his own tank, the oscar is in his own tank, the Jacks are in their own tank and the Yellow labs are in their own tank. Loke I said before.

Not gonna get any more fish. Dont have room for any more tanks.

I probably didn't express myself clearly, but it sounds like you're squared away. Enjoy your fish, I think you will especially enjoy the big cichlids. Oscars are as much like puppies as fish and will probably attach themselves to one or two "special people" that it will definitely recognize.
My current one(he's my second, the first lived 13 years) plays tug-of-war with a piece of knotted nylon twine. I keep a loop of it around my finger so he can't accidentally get it away from me and swallow it.

Lol, he is my first Oscar. My husband really wanted him and I thought he was cute, so we got him. The Flowerhorn, Hercules, is kind of my baby. His tank is next to my desk and he loves to follow me around and show off for me.

Big cichlids have a load of character. Oscars are probably one of the smartest fish there are. I don't think there are many stupid cichlids. All the flowerhorns I've known have been pretty sharp.
