Apparently I'm a real paint moron because I can't get mine resized.

lol! I didn't even bother resizing. I just pasted, saved and posted. *shrug*

ok.  first try paste, then Save As and change format to .jpeg.

If still too big:
paste to paint. On the menu bar, go to Image. Select Stretch/Skew.  Change both horizontal and vertical t0 50%

keep doing that until its a size that works for you. Save as .jpeg
