The common and the shu could go to a friend with a pond. If you're in the carib. they'd be fine outside.

As for the fancies, like someone else said, a 100 would be good for eight fancies, maybe some dither fish. But no plecos. Plecos get very, very large and can be very, very messy.

Sometimes brig apple snails can be housed with goldies. Sometimes the goldies eat them. It just depends on the goldfish.

A small pleco would be fine in a 100gal tank.

By "small pleco" LittlePuff is really meaning a pleco that will STAY small....  not the common pleco you buy at the typical pet store.  Those will get to 18" - 24" pretty easily!  They look small, but they are just babies......

I think the better plecos for this would be like the bristlenose pleco....  if there are others, (I don't know that much about plecos), please chime in!

A rubber nosed pleco is also a good choice. I wouldn't put any other plecos with one, mine is aggressive towards other ones. I had to move him.
