electric guitar
« on: February 21, 2010, 06:28:05 PM »
So i learn to tune my guitar with an electornic tuner. I learn when and how to change the chords. I am getting quite good at reading guitar tabs. I have all the equipement guitar, amp, tuner, tab book However i can't actually play the instrument. All i learned is some begining of songs here and there i can't play a song in it's entirety.

I have to learn things such as alternate picking and how to corectly place my fingers. I want to play heavy metal. Of course i did not attempt solo yet. I am guessing learning a song would take me over a month And if i can actually remember it
I've got fish in a tank called Atari BASIC. They doesn't do anything but you can still peek and poke at them.

It all improves with practice. The key to musical instruments of any type is practice, practice, practice.

yes heavy metal is all about power chords and pedal to get the metal sound.

Is heavy metal classified as music?
