Asking if someone in state can send them is still legal anyway so I'll just take advantage of this opportunity to explain something that may not be clear. Illegal is illegal, and can get the board and board owners in trouble. If you're not in the same state or have the necessary permits, please don't do it. So until Lori, Mollielover or SW can make the decision on it, I have to settle for asking people not to request something if it's illegal in your area.
If you live in the Philippines, some Provinces of Canada where there legal, asking about where to acquire snakeheads is fine. But if it's illegal in your area, figure on it getting deleted. If you put it back up, you will first be suspended, or banned if the board owners deem it was malicious.
Spixies and other snails cannot currently be shipped interstate without federal permits. Accidental inclusions are one thing, but if they become the norm for getting around the law, that's where idiotic bills like HR 669 start looking like good ideas to legislators. Let's not shoot ourselves in the foot, eh?
