Fish died....need suggestion ASAP to save others

Hi,

With the suggestions and tips from this forum, I did setup my first saltwater aquarium,
a 20 Gallon with Live rock,and live sand . Its been setup for over 7 weeks.

I have 1 small percula clown,4 small damsels(a 3 stripe,yellow belly,domino,greem chromis), 2 turbo snails and 3 hermit crabs.
The biggest of all fish is the Domino damsel.

I do 10% water changes every week. I feed fish with Brine shrimp or fish flakes every day.Couple of days back I changed the aqueon filter with a new one.

Yesterday nigth, the dmonio damsel was behaving strangely by moving very slowly around the aquarium. Usually it was the most active fish other than the Clown.

It died could of hours later. I could see on of its eye was swollen.

What could be the reason for it. I tested the water and all the parameters were normal. However I do not have a NitrIte test ket.

Please suggest.

It has been set up seven weeks?  When were all the fish added?  I wonder if it cycled correctly? I dunno just a thought.

yes, its been setup 7 weeks. I added "Nature's Ocean Bio-Activ Live Aragonite Sand" and live cured rock initially and added all the fish 3 days later.

One percula and five damsels in a 20gal? They were all added too quickly also.

No, all the fish were not added on  a single day. I meant fish were added 3 days after setting up the aquarium. I started with 1 damsel and then added remaining after 4-6 days one after another.

since yesterday no fish died after the 1 damsel died..

Exactly. Too quickly, and the tank didn't have time to cycle.

Is this a Bristle worm. If not is it good for my aquarium.

I got my water tested in a local store,he said every thing was perfect..

however another damsel died yesterday... no clue what so ever of whts happening  :-\
