Babies or adults?  babies i have no clue, but adults the females usually have a whitish sac just above the tail area and I think the males are usually bigger

You cannot sex baby brine shrimp or juveniles because their gonads have not developed. Adult females have 2 egg sacks on their trailing end near their tail. Males have 2 longer clasper "arms" on their head to grab the female.
