Figure 8 Puffer darkish color?

I have 3 figure 8 puffers. 2 of them are chubby and bright green the shy one is still green but not as bright and darkish along the back part of the body. He is swimming and eating fairly well not as active as my other 2..Does anyone know if he might be sick or am I worrying too much? Pls help :dunno:

What salinity are you keeping them at? How long have you had them?
