Is there any other football players on here? If so what position do you play, or once played?

I'm an Offensive and Defensive Tackle :hihi:

Once played FS & SS in HS.
Tried out at WR. Went over the middle & got destroyed! I said never again. I'm gonna do the hitting & switched to defense.

Ever notice in the Bible, whenever God needed to punish someone, make an example or needed a killing, he sent an angel? Ever wonder what a creature like that must be like? An existence spent praising your God, but always with 1 wing dipped in blood. Would you really want to see an angel?

I don't play but I am a hardcore fan!!! :D

I watch every football game that I can get my eyeballs on or my tivo to record. I have season tickets to my Alma Mater and I still go to my high school football team's games and cheer them on.

Any excuse to watch football is a good excuse. This is, of course, weird, because I'm a girl.

My official position is sideline or couch coach. I yell a lot at football games.

Yeah, but it's weird in a good way, because guys love it. ;) It's way more fun for them to have a gf who is into the game, as opposed to someone who has no clue what's going on. "What's a 5-yard penalty? Is that good or bad? This is boring! How much time is left?"

Actually, I'm more of a sports fan than my current boyfriend though. He's moved around a lot, so he tends to just cheer for whatever city he currently resides in, whereas I've lived in Chicago my whole life, so I'm a die-hard Chicago fan. Also, he's lived most of his life in Beijing and Hong Kong, so he's not very attached to American teams. I like this arrangement better though, because at least we don't butt heads over rivalries, and he likes to cheer on Chicago with me. I once dated a Redwings fan, and that got ugly sometimes. :P

I believe the official term is "armchair quarterback".

I grew up in Naperville. Been a Bears fan ever since meeting Dick "Butt-Kick" when I was about 10.
