Since my 20 gallon sorority is over run in long hair algae I have been trying to find something small to eat it up. So I took a knowledgable friends suggestion and went out to Big Al's and got some shrimp. They only had one kind of fresh water shrimp so I went a head and bought 5. The employee knows about fish fairly well and said they they should eat all of my algae easily. I think they are amano shrimp but I am not sure I will have to try and take a picture to be sure. So hello shrimp and good bye long hair algae! Since my 4 Otos are called the 'Clean Up Crew' because I can't tell them apart easily I will call the shrimp 'The Reinforcements'. Get it? Since my otos wouldn't eat the long hair algae I need to get reinforcements. xp

And my little sister really liked Pisces and was devastated when she died so my sister got her own fish a handsome male betta. He seems healthy and as soon as he settles in I will take pictures. And because she is too young to take care of him on her own I will be the main care provider so therefor he will be kept in my room! It is already great to have another betta in my room! =D

*edit* I found Aquarius! I think the excitement of my new shrimp must of brought her out of hiding!! yay! She had been presumed dead before because I couldn't find her!!

Simple, pull out the scraggly throat, then when they ask you if your throat hurts. Run up stairs and yell in the scragly voice, A little. Dad thought i said alot. LAMO

I have no clue where she has been its only a 20 gallon, but she just suddenly swam out to see one of the new shrimp. Crazy fish.
