Yay!  First Post!  Just wanted to share this great article I found about keeping Figure 8 puffers.  The guy who wrote this has been keeping puffers for over 40 years.  http://www.aaquaria.com/aquasource/8puffer.shtml

Robert T. Ricketts is a puffer keeper I deeply respect!  His articles are a great source of correct information about puffers...something you won't always find on this mysterious fish!

I read somewhere that he has been keeping puffers for over 40 years.  It might be in the article.  His oldest figure 8 was also 18 years old!  I hear they call u the puffer priestress.   :)

Yup, RTR has been keeping puffers for over 40 years and has had personal experience with most species.  I correspond quite often with he and Jeni (PufferPunk) but I hadn't realized I had a reputation.  ;)

Yes, they do call me the 'Puffer Priestess" over at aqua-addiction.com where I'm the moderator of their puffer forum.
