Unfortunately, one of my External Flashes gets out of order? So, I have to improvise?
The result - that is one same fish, but looks different because the different type of lightning:
On the first photo, the external flash is above the tank.
On the second photo, the flash is straight/ In front of the tank.
So, what do you think ? which photo looks better?

Fundulopanchax gardneri nugerianum P82

Overall, I think I like the bottom one better... the yellows are brighter with the front flash... it also shows off the green, rather than the blue.

Both are wonderful photos, though.

If you could somehow get a compromise between the 2 it's what I would have chosen. Initially I was drawn to the 2nd pic for the reasons EJ mentioned above, but now I think the colors are a little too vibrant.
Anyway, beautiful photos as usual & thank you for sharing.

Ever notice in the Bible, whenever God needed to punish someone, make an example or needed a killing, he sent an angel? Ever wonder what a creature like that must be like? An existence spent praising your God, but always with 1 wing dipped in blood. Would you really want to see an angel?
