Betta (Colors) Genetics
« on: January 14, 2006, 11:17:14 PM »
Does anyone know where I can get detailed/thorough information on the color genetics of bettas? Such as Male Color A + Female Color B = ? Offspring color?

(Or the CT + VT = ?% CT/ct/VT?)

Thanks!

I'd actually check on Jim Sonnier's page... don't know the link, but you can google it.  He IS the genetics man.

Thanks, I've checked his page out - quite elaborate! ;)

So I take it that the combinations not listed on his site would mean that "no prediction is possible"?
