put the B-Spira in the fridge ASAP!! its suppose to stay cold xD ......., I'd wait another day, so that the temp gets good xD and the water ages


then u dump the girlies first.......wait 10 minz and BLAH! a 1/4 of the pack in ( U have 5 girls so u dont need the WHOLE pack, thats just wasting money ) then save the B-Spira in the fridge so when u get more girls ( ) u can add more B-Spira

cool thanks dasauce  Ok, so i just put the biospira in the fridge and will wait till tommorow to do anything.  So I add the girls in first and then the biospira?  Or should I do the biospira and is it safe to wait a while before adding the girls?  By the way have the 3oz bag of biospira that treats up to 90 gallons  Thanks again

w00t if u had the b-spira with nothing, it can survive 20 hours, but I wouldnt take that chance


its best to add the girles and wait a couple of minz and add the b-spira X) , yea put it in the fridge xD

cool thanks  Knowing myself though and how I can be..lol I'll probably do 3/4 of the package just to be safe, u think thats ok? Also, you think its ok for me to add the girl with the slight case of fin rot?  Maybe not right..maybe I should just do the 3 and then add the other 2 when they are feeling better

o0o0 ill medicate ..........if u really really want to add all the girls at the same time, u can leave the water runnin w/o fishes then just wait till the girles get better and than add them..............this could be good, cuz then u introduce all at the same time/buy more girlies ( ) and u wont have to waste all that B-Spira, the only problem would be how long would they take too heal......week two weeks? thats way to long for me ROFL!!!



If u want also, u can add the 3 girls and medicate the other two but only add 1/4 of the B-spira! LOL 1/4 of a 30oz is way more than enuff for 3 girls ROFL!! if u want to be safe, add the B-spira directly into the filter so that some of the bacteria grabs on to the filter packs ( u have bio-wheel yay XD ) to make it betta

Ok..so I added 4 girls today namely Rose(Rosetail female) Cerwyn(Synirr's plakat female), Gwen(Spadetail and Lilly(50% giant plakat and 50% crowntail)  Anyhow of the bunch Cerwyn and Lilly are about the same size pretty tiny and the other 2 are bigger...OMg  these girls have all been fighting non-stop..I;m so scared  I feel bad for Gwen who always seems so feisty she looks as if shes lost color and they all seem to have fin damage..I guess this is to be expected in a sorority?  Fow how long? Also, I added about half of the biospira(3 oz bag) and saved the rest.  I didn't add the 5th girl b/c I want to observe her for at least a week to make sure she is 100% ok.  I'll try and post some pics soon..take care..

Heheh They are fighting for Alpha and for terrotoriy (sp) Next thing u know, youll see each girl in the same spot every day LOL and the alpha usually eats first and patrols the whole tank
