Topic: Very beat up betta.

She is here, I got her a 3.3 gallon fish/reptile tank. They gave me $1.00 off on her but I would of paid full price. So far I have got her tank ready with the salt and have put bettafix in there. She has been swimming around good in there and eating  good.  

That's awesome. Keep us posted and I agree...keep her alone for awhile. Good for you for saving her.

I noticed today she is actually blue she did look like a dull grey. Where she was red down one side it now is white and looks kinda like a scar would. At the very tip of her tail she has a little  clear finnage now. Are these all good things?

Also it says treat with bettafix for 7 days then do a complete water change. Should I do that first then change her water and go another 7 days? Or once I change the water should I just do water changes everyday and not do anymore bettafix?

Depends on how she is. .  

she might just heal on her own. . . you know??  but if it's bad then do another round.
