Post your community tanks here and give a brief discription about what you like best about it ... Here is mine and I like the fake log inthe back. It gives my fry a good place to hide from hungry fish.

Ya'll else can do it too, don't be shy.

I'd put mine up if I had a nice one to show; I can show you a bunch of algae though.

here's miy 20g, with one blue gourami, one leopard danio, two kuhli loaches, one sword, and one fake sword (sold to me as one, but when I got home, realized it was a peace lily).  Need suggestions for new additions to the community.

this isnt' my tank (i saw it on aquabotanic.com it is by Oliver Knott -4 (to give credit)), but i HAVE to post it. this will be a future goal to shoot for! now i have a nice plan for that empty 10 gallons i've been wanting to mess with!
does anyone know what kind of plants/substrate is in this tank?? i think the background is bamboo.
i don't remember if bamboo is safe in the tank (someone posted this earlier but i can't find it) what about that grass plant and the floating in the background

wow thank you so much!! that's exactly what iw as talking about.

and sugar baby, i have a few "suggestion" i've read on here.
white gravel isn't good for neon and the reason is that it doesn't bring their "true colors" out. and i think most fish prefer some dark color gravel. i had white gravel too b/c i like white, but then i read some post and it said that fish dont' relaly like bright color gravel (that might be an exception for bettas). i like your driftwood though. are those all plastic plants? how about a background to hide that filter? g'luck to ya

No only two of the plants are plastic the rest (7) are Hardy Aponogeton Bulbs.  I have only had this tank for about 1 1/2 months and the fish seem to be doing great!  Yes a backround I would deffinately need.  The neons seem to be happy they are all schooling good I have another picture of the school you can see if you would like me to post that sometime.  I might change the gravel now that you said that but not right away we have spent alot of money here lately on these fish and we need to slow down a bit.  I just baught another 10 gal. yesterday for my goldfish...  So it might be a while but I am sure I will redecorate in the near future thank you for your advice it was much appreciated Smiley Grin

Holy Budda Batman!

Snowball, that must be one of the best/coolest setups/theme's I've ever seen.  I've got the pirate thing going now, but that's going to change REALLY soon.  I wish you could fully submerge bamboo shoots into the water, It would be a GREAT aquatic plant.  Good post snowball. Smiley
