If you have a problem there is certain basic information that is needed to help answer questions.  In addition to whatever you think is wrong with you fish please provide the following info:

How large is the tank?  (ex.  20 gallons)
What are the inhabitants of the tank? (ex.  2 mollies, and 1 oto)
How long has the tank been setup? (ex. tank has been up for 3 months)
How long has the fish in question been in the tank?  (ex. added the fish 2 weeks ago)  
How long has the fish been exhibiting the symptoms (ex. past 2 days)
What type of filtration is being used on the tank?  (ex. Penquin biowheel)
The results of any and all test kits that you have available.  (ex. pH 7.4, ammonia 0.1ppm,  hardness 7, etc.)
In ANY case where you describe a physical symptom, make sure to describe it thoroughly (i.e. "bump" vs "small, raise, white, rough bump about 2 mm in diameter")

Please answer as many questions as you are able.  The more you answer, the easier it is to figure out what is wrong.
