it goes by measurement.  i still haven't actually looked it up to see what is a safe size since the last two boxes i sent were standard priority boxes they provide.  what i shipped out were styros, so the total length + height + width threw me out or range for regular rates.  that's what they said anyway.

So if i order them from usps.com I should be careful in which ones i order and are those just safe ones

And on ebay I was looking at some fish and I saw that someone said there is a new rule that all live fish must be shipped overnight?

crap.  guess i better go read the new postal codebook.
I am not sure if that is right though because other people were using priority shipping.... So it may not be accurate?
