i have 2 silver dollars, have a look a the  pics, the  one fish seems to have his dorsal fin a bit damaged and he seems to have a growth of some sorts on his "nose".
all the other fish mates - pleco; 2 golden gouramis, loach, dward gourami and 2 sun cats are fine.

is it something wrong or just "wear and tear"
we recently lost 2 tin foils but we had a filter malfunction - since then the 2 silver dollars have seemed to suddenly "Got stupid" - they used to be quick to get to the food when there was competition but they dont' seem too bothered any more.

Damaged fins grow back rather quickly, the other one looks like the nose is injured, maybe startled and ran into something?
How big is the tank? Silver dollars are schooling fish, really should be kept in groups of 5 or more.
