Took over $50 to fill up today. Blech. I had finally gotten used to 30 to 35. Regular at $3.44 per gallon.

Ever notice in the Bible, whenever God needed to punish someone,make an example or needed a killing, he sent an angel? Ever wonder what a creature like that must be like? An existence spent praising your God, but always with 1 wing dipped in blood. Would you really want to see an angel?

$85 to fill up today at $4.53

Talked to a buddy in England who has the same car & he spent the equivalent of $130 US a week ago.

The faint notion of getting a moped for close neighborhood trips have crept into my head. Lately if I have to go somewhere (ie post office) I'll see if there is anything else around there that I could also visit to cut down on trips.

My Father-in-law has a Honda scooter......  he rides it EVERYWHERE!  Granted, he lives in a very small town in Kansas, but he even rides it between towns on US hwy 36....  no minimum speed law on those roads, since there is usually plenty of farm equipment on the roads, also.  (I think his max speed is 30-35 mph...)

And.... fyi......  he just turned 90 years old..  he rode it to Mass the Sunday we were there for his 90th birthday celebration!

His scooter gets about 80 mpg....  he can carry a bag or two of groceries on it, also.

$60 to fill my tank...and I had a quarter tank of gas to start with.  $3.79/gallon.

If my office wasn't 45 minutes up I-5, I would totally get another Honda Scooter.  Had a red Elite 80 back in the late 80's. Loved that thing. So fun and sooo cheap to ride.

Petrol just hit $1.60 per litre here in Australia.  Thank heaven I drive a scooter, not a car.  I don't know how other students do it...

I believe it is 3.14 - 3.42 per US/GAL down here in Alabama
Its hard to say when the price changes roughly (and Im not joking) about 2 or 3 times a day.
Its always a surprise. Most people use regular gas down here since all gas in AL is ethanol free.
Who cares what a car dealer says LOL

I paid 3.58 in Idaho last week. It's running a dime or more higher in Spokane, so I tend to fill anytime I have to go into Idaho anyway.
