Europe is worse I believe. And Venezuela was like really cheap. I think it was around $1.50. Granted that was a few years back.

Britain's gas prices, I believe, are hovering around $8 - $9 per US Gallon.  I wonder who is making out on these gas prices - I know it isn't me. I'll be listening to the earnings statements of a bunch of energy companies with interest. I wonder how many will have record profits similar to the last time gas prices spiked up to over $4. And I don't have an issue with making a profit but some of the profits the last time were obscene. Reminds me of guppies who will reproduce so much that they will crash the tank. :)

Guess I got my controversial subject. :)

Down here in North Florida I think we are paying on the average of 3.45-3.60 a gallon.  Since my daughter goes to school in another county I'm driving around 92 miles a day!!!  I find myself looking every day at the gas prices to find the best deal, I fill up weather I need it or not when I see a good price.

It went up to $4.29 last week but is now down to $4.25. Big whoop.
Still cheaper then a gallon of milk here.
