Topic: How to move house with fish.

This is not an emergency but I wasn't sure which category this should go into.
Basically in 2 weeks time I'll be moving house.
I have a small tank, about 80cm x 40cm x 40cm and a larger one 150cm x 60cm x 80cm.

currently the small tank is empty. my large tank contains an assortment of fish including some larger fish like sun cats, silver dollars and others like gouramis, black widows, tin foils etc and some bottom feeders.

my question is how do I go about moving them. How do i empty the tank and cycle it, what happens to the fish?
I want to find a stress free way for myself and the fish to move them.

I'm very happy to report back that 48hrs after the move, all is well, and everyone is settled. We did go through a slight scare period, as they all went very pale, but they came right rather quickly.
