Tank setup , what to add?

Okay, I have this new tank, 2 filters are there.



What more should i do now? is the gravel problem? i am feeding them pellets (fast red or green pellets) and occasionally blood worms.

How to measure the NitrAte and all those level? why to measure? is there small gadget for that ?

Whats the idle temp for goldfish tank, size is approx 30 gallons. any gadget for this?

Should i think of adding any other fish? or this is enough for this goldfishes already.?

please help.

What size tank is that?  I believe it's going to be way to small for goldfish.
