Topic: I miss my Bettas...

For art class we have to paint gourds. (how fun! woo...)
I decided that I wanted to paint some of my Bettas on it, so I'm looking through lots of old pics and seeing a bunch of Bettas that I know longer have is really hard. My white halfmoon male (+ his fry that died out), my sorority girls, etc. I miss them so much, especially my sorority girls! It was hard watching them all go in groups at the same time. I am dying to set up another sorority, but I don't have the space to set the 20 up again at the moment.

In better news, however, I've decided to kick my butt in gear this weekend and set up two spawning tanks because I would LOVE to start showing at the beginning of the year and I still haven't been able to get those darn red Plakats to spawn. They're getting up past the optimal breeding prime, so I need to hurry up and restart my attempts. Same with my steel blue HM male. I haven't even tried the goober, but I have a pretty little mustard gas female that I may give a shot.

Wish me luck and somebody give these Plakats a stern talking to!

  Good luck, Sandypup!    Sorry you're still sad about your Bettas who've crossed the Rainbow Bridge.  Know what you mean, tho', I still miss my VT boy, Jupiter, who passed away well over a year ago.  He was such a character.

I know how you feel. I miss my original gang of bettas so much. I can't even look at their pictures for too long without wanting more xp

I miss my bettas too...but I don't miss all their problems and weird issues.
