I was browsing through some puffer forum and they have this thing called a "PufferPedia" so, me being the nosey person I am, decide to flip through it...
What I found was the SAP... gorgeous. and it schools?
So, I guess my question is... Im going to be getting another 55g soon, Im just going to work on the decor and getting the plants to fill in first, but, how many SAPs could I fit in a 55g since theyre only 3 inches, and by schooling, do they mean like a tetra school, or sort of like WCMM school (loose and not very organized)?

<<half asleep... dont shoot me for having to read this.

they don't "school" but they can be kept in small groups. They can get larger than 3". I'd say 3"-6". You could keep three in a 55gal. They are messy like all puffers. They are very prone to ich. Their teeth will need to be trimmed every six months, even with regular crunchy food. They grow very fast.
