there is something about my f sword fish, she just gave birth to about 20 fry in a 6 g tank alone. then i put her back in the main tank, she was okey but then after about a week she started to act strange. start to be unbalance, can not be straight and like to jump like gasping for air... and at the end will end up laying at the bottom tank unbalance. so pity to see her like that and it happened to my other f sword that already dead with he same symptoms. btw, these 2 f seemed still have belly and a bit of gravid spot after birth but the first one that already dead, I never see her fry but her belly seemed a bit smaller. any idea what is going on and how to help her?

This sometimes happens after a fish drops the fry. Unfortunately the outlook is not good. If you have another tank you can seperate the fish so it doesn't get nipped by the others and add a tablespoon of salt per 5 gallons to the water.

Yeah, it's hard to be a mom Sad   Yes, I do have spare tank about 5 g, so I'll put 1 spoon of seasalt. And see what will happen, hope she will be back to normal again...  I was too late to separate the other female, waited til she is too skinny. She tried to eat, but since she was jumping here and there, she missed the food
