Shovel head?

I was reading through another forum and someone had described their betta as having a "shovel head". I feel stupid for asking this but what exactly does a betta with a "shovel head" look like? shrug

Maybe they meant that it dug a lot? I've had a few "diggers."

I have a mustard gas HM girly with a shovel head! I think it's basically just an indent on the head.
