Was wondering what i can feed my cichlids?

I can get my hands on almost anything, but things that might come to feeding would include;

Chicken , Beef & Pork Liver
Chicken Hearts & Giblets
Pork Tongue & Heart

 Any good recipies using these to feed my Cichlids, . . . or infact ANY other kinda omni/carni fish?

There are several recipes for using beef heart and liver. I have also heard of using chicken hearts but never pork. Usually the procedure consists of removing any fat and connecting tissues and whipping the stuff up in the blender. Often some veggies like green beans or peas are whipped in. Color enhancers may also be used. The stuff is then put in bags, flattened and frozen. When ready for use chunks are broken off and fed to the fish. Personally I find the stuff pretty messy but some fish such as large carnivorous cichlids like it and do quite well with it.
