Several times, usually quite prompt in shipping out the orders. The last time the order apparently didn't process properly for some reason and I had to e-mail an inquiry, but he sent it out when it went through. You should get a confirmation message from kensfish as well as from paypal. If not, let him know something is wrong and he'll get it out.

Yep, great customer of Ken's fish here as well. His shipping supplies are top knotch and he usually throws in freebies on the food orders; little sample packets and such along with a printed sales catalog. thumbs up

I will be ordering a powerhead from him and some fish food! The same powerhead in PS are $45 and He sales them for $23 plus shipping.

Yeah love the guy, used to be on aquabid but haven't seen any auctions from him on there for awhile probably got too busy with his own site.

But I would buy from him any day without a second thought on it.
