Hey Frank, what's shipping like? I've been dying to order from you for a long time, and you've got tylos and I've been searching for tylos for my upcoming sulawesi biotope... decisions! How soon before you can order in more tylos?

Not sure when I'll be ordering snails again. The shipment did not go well, and I'm hesitant about reordering.

Frank is so frustrated over his snails.  I just placed an order with him again for Butterfly loaches.   I have ordered many times from him.
Here is where I got my snails

Frank is so frustrated over his snails.

What's frustrating is that I believe the problem lies with the extra handling they go through before they get to me. Since none of the importers here in NY will bring them in directly (NY used to be THE place to get unusual aquatics. Now, if it's not a painted glassfish, flowerhorn cichlid or balloon whatever, forget about it), I have to get them through a third party, which involves extra handling. Not bad for fish, but the snails seem to have a hard time with it.

Thanks for the links crystalveiw! yeah, I know both Arakkis and mg, the problem is every time I've talked to arakkis (he's the one who convinced me to get the tylos) he's been out of the tylos I want and doesn't know when he'll get them in and mg hasn't had tylos so far as I know, I know a couple others that have tylos, just not the kind that I want, lol.

Sorry to hear that Frank, from what I've heard getting snails from oversees can be a headache.
