Blog question

Just curious.... I always check "Unread posts since last visit" and "new replies to your posts" when I come to PetFish, but I have a strange question....

When someone puts up a new blog post, it stays on the "unread posts since last visit" even though I've already read it.  There are no comments that have been added to the post, but I've seen this frequently on various blogs.

It just gets rather annoying... to have that staring at me, even though I've already read it.

hummm we might have to check with clint about this, im not sure it sounds like a glitch.  Have you tried clearing your cookies?  Always works for me here when i hit a glitch.

I've heard about clearing cookies, but frankly, I don't even know how to do that!  I am a real tech dummy....

go to tools, then internet options. Then click delete for cookies and history.

Mollielover, that might work for IE, the most common browser (and most dangerous) but not for other browsers. They way you clear cookies on other browsers may be different.

For Firefox 2.0.0.14 it's: Tools, Options, Privacy tab, Show Cookies button, Remove All Cookies button.

I have a question too. When i want to view my blog, it says that there are no posts. I have to write a new blog before i can view other posts.
Why?
